DEP was officially launched during the School Year 2019-2020 at the Agusan National High School - Special Education Resource Room and was graced by Dr. Ruel T. Gabor, Principal IV of ANHS (9th from left). The program was attended by SPED Teachers and Deaf participants.

Personal Entrepreneurial Competencies (PECs)
​Right after the program, Ms. Capalit administered the PECs Self-Rating Questionnaire which was developed by the Management Systems International (1990) to measure the ten PECs of the participants.
